This is, of course, one of Ashiya’s hugely popular cake shops! Apparently, there are days when all the cakes sell out by the morning.
This time, we had the pistachio cake, “Pistachier”～!(^^)!
The pistachio bavarois and mousse made with red fruits are a perfect match!! The flavor and texture of the pistachio bavarois make you feel so happy with just one bite…
It’s not too sweet, making it truly a dessert for adults.
