It looks like “Okan Shokudo” is serving lunch twice a month, from 11:30 to 14:30, at “Ashiya Civic Activity Center Lead Ashiya” in Kinmitsu-cho.
(This information was provided by Ashiya no Okan. Thank you!)

“Okan Shokudo” is a project where “moms from around Kansai come together to serve lunches that are kind to both body and mind.” One of its goals is also to create connections and community through sharing a meal.
They apparently use “Hinohikari” rice from Nara Prefecture, grown with groundwater and organic farming methods, seasonings such as homemade shio koji, soy sauce koji, and sweet koji made with fresh koji, and ingredients including safe vegetables carefully grown by local producers in Kobe and Hyogo whenever possible.

↑ A meal packed with vegetables and lots of different dishes, something that can be hard to make when living alone! Healthy and very welcome!
The price is 1,300 yen including tax. There are only 30 meals available, so it’s best to go early!
Next month, they’re also planning to hold it on Saturday, December 2 and Wednesday, December 13!
