“Ashiya Beer” is a local Ashiya craft beer jointly developed by Rokko Beer Brewery and the Ashiya City Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau!
It’s an American-style IPA brewed with stream water from the Ashiya River, offering a fruity, citrus-like bitterness.
It had a crisp, refreshing flavor, just like grapefruit!
“Ashiya Beer Ripe” is the second local Ashiya craft beer created through the same joint development!
“Ripe” means matured, and it’s recommended to enjoy it in a wine glass, swirling it as you take in its Western-liquor-like aroma and rich flavor.
The taste is very mellow and creamy! It gives the impression of softly spreading throughout your mouth.
