We picked up the opening commemorative set of three fresh cakes from the pastry shop “DESTINATION”, which opened in Midorigaoka-cho on August 4!

For the first three days after opening, you could buy the three-piece set for 1,900 yen (tax included).
↑ There was a little mishap and the Shine Muscat topping fell off once, so the cream got a bit messed up… Sorry!
↑ Between the layers of sponge cake, there’s plenty of juicy Shine Muscat and cream!
↑ The Mont Blanc has a look that really says, “This is Mont Blanc!”
↑ Here’s what it looks like inside. It has a hint of liqueur-like flavor, giving it a slightly grown-up feel!
↑ The pudding comes in a plastic cup, with cream piped on top.
↑ There’s plenty of bittersweet, thick caramel inside, and even with the cream, it’s not overly sweet, which is great.
↑ As an opening special, the first 200 groups who spent 1,900 yen or more including tax also received a baked sweets gift!

Getting this set as a freebie was almost too good a deal…!
We enjoyed each of these charming baked sweets: a fluffy financier, a dense madeleine, and a brownie packed with chocolate.
