A restaurant that looks like an izakaya called “2‐Ho・He・To” opened on May 25 along Naruo-Mikage Line near Hanshin Fukae Station.

↑ The exterior of “2‐Ho・He・To.” This space was previously occupied by Kobe Gyozaro Fukae, an unmanned shop selling frozen gyoza.

↑ They apparently offer a 60-minute all-you-can-drink plan for ¥1,000, along with a variety of à la carte dishes starting at ¥300.
Here’s the map ↓
The address is 3-4-18 Fukaekitamachi, Higashinada-ku, Kobe, Hyogo.
Around “2‐Ho・He・To”

↑ To the left is Sugi Pharmacy Hanshin Fukae, while the space to the right was previously an Asian food and goods shop. It is currently under construction (closed? being renovated?).

↑ Head this way (west) and you’ll pass the takoyaki shop Hisashiya before reaching the intersection with the Honjo-Motoyama Line (Inari-suji). Turn left to reach Hanshin Fukae Station.

↑ Head in the opposite direction (east) and you’ll find Fukae Heights, which houses clinics and pharmacies including Nakagawa Clinic. Farther along are Higashinada Elementary School, the French restaurant Le Cercle, and Taiho Gyoza.

↑ Across the street is Shinko Electric Fukae, with Yakiniku Gyuta Honjin Fukae diagonally across to the right.
Final Thoughts
So far, the restaurant doesn’t seem to have a website, and we couldn’t find it on Instagram or Tabelog either. This mysterious new spot certainly has us curious!
The former Asian food and goods shop next door is also under construction, so perhaps it’s being renovated—or maybe a new store is moving in. We’ll be keeping an eye on it!
