We tried the vegan cheeseburger at vegan burger specialty shop “AIN SOPH. ripple Ashiya”, which opened on April 28 inside bakery “Glace Grazia Shioashiya” at the “Life Garden Shioashiya” shopping mall in the Minami-Ashiyahama area!
The “Ripple Cheeseburger” at “AIN SOPH. ripple Ashiya”
“Ripple Cheeseburger” 1,500 yen (tax included), iced tea 500 yen (tax included), vanilla ice cream 450 yen (tax included)
↑ A vegan burger made with only plant-based ingredients and no animal products! Instead of meat, it uses an original vegan meat patty, but the texture and flavor are just like real meat!
I wondered if a vegetable-only burger might feel a little unsatisfying, but as you can see, it was really hearty. Together with the rich homemade BBQ sauce and the crispy texture of the fried onions, it was incredibly satisfying!
↑ And amazingly, all of the desserts are vegan too! This vanilla ice cream is also dairy-free. That is seriously impressive! It’s great for anyone avoiding milk or dairy products.
