We picked up a lunch box from 海鮮kitchenくぅ, a seafood takeout specialty shop that opened on March 31 in Minamihama-cho in the Minami-Ashiyahama area!

↑ They sell daily lunch boxes centered around seafood deli items! On this day, the menu included fried tuna head meat, edamame croquettes, stewed sunfish offal in tomato sauce, kiriboshi daikon, and more.
↑ The “edamame croquette” doesn’t have whole edamame beans inside. Instead, they’re strained into a paste, so every bite has a full-on edamame flavor!
↑ And this is, amazingly, sunfish offal!? It was my first time trying sunfish, and the texture was so interesting I might become a sunfish fan!

↑ The shop is open on the first floor of a detached house in a residential neighborhood along the Ashiya Suzukaze Minamihama Line.
↑ In addition to lunch boxes, they sell daily deli items such as simmered fish and takikomi gohan seasoned rice. It looks like you can also reserve seafood bowls and chirashi sushi!
