Convenience store “Seven-Eleven Heart-In JR Ashiya Station Ticket Gate Store” and “Ekimaru Sweets Ashiya Store” opened on March 22 right outside the ticket gates at JR Ashiya Station.

↑For the first three days after opening, an opening sale is being held until Friday, March 24.
↑Various noodle items are 50 yen off; rice balls, salads and deli items, original breads, and sweets are 30 yen off; and fried foods and frankfurters are 20% off.
Inside the store, they were also selling sets of three and five melon buns and cream puffs! App coupons and PayPay coupons could be used too, so I was able to get a pretty good deal.
↑Next to Uniqlo, “Ekimaru Sweets Ashiya Store” has opened as a sweets shop where various Japanese and Western confectionery shops rotate in for limited-time runs.
↑For the opening, “Patisserie Noppo,” a shop in Nishinomiya’s Imazu area that has been in business for five years, had a stall here. They’re apparently open through Tuesday the 28th.
↑Between Seven-Eleven and Ekimaru Sweets, a rest area lined with sofas has also opened, with ikebana flower arrangements displayed in the showcase. Such lovely flowers for spring.
