A Cocokara Fine Hanshin Fukae Station store drugstore opened on March 18 under the elevated tracks right by the ticket gates at Hanshin Fukae Station.

↑ For the first seven days after opening, a 10% off sale will be held. Some items, including food products, are excluded from the discount.
↑ It looks like almost the entire area beneath the station’s ticket gate floor has become the store, and the sales floor was larger than I expected.
There are medicines near the entrance, cosmetics and daily necessities farther inside, and food products near the very back. There are no fresh foods, but they do carry frozen and refrigerated items, so it seems like it could also be used like a small supermarket or convenience store. The inexpensive bottled drinks are a nice plus.
