Cafe Licorne Ashiya Main Store near JR Ashiya Station seems to be reopening after renovations on Friday February 3

“Raw Donuts,” “Very Berry Soda,” and “Tooncarons” at Licorne Ashiya Main Store

↑ At this tasting, we tried the new “raw donuts,” the “Very Berry Soda” served in the new “Teddy Bear Glass,” and the classic “Tooncarons”!

Top: “Raw Donut Chocolate & Orange Peel” takeout 285 yen, dine-in 290 yen (tax included)

Bottom: “Raw Donut Fresh Custard” takeout 380 yen, dine-in 387 yen (tax included)

The new “raw donuts” debuting with this renovation feature donut dough with a light, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth texture!

↑ The incredibly light dough pairs perfectly with the smooth custard cream!

↑ The Chocolate & Orange Peel doesn’t have cream inside, but you can fully enjoy the combination of the airy dough, chocolate coating, and orange peel!

“Very Berry Soda” dine-in 605 yen, takeout 594 yen (tax included), plus 220 yen (tax included) to switch to a Teddy Bear Glass

↑ The new Teddy Bear Glass comes with a lid, so you can take it home as is! For an additional 220 yen, you can switch any iced drink to a Teddy Bear Glass!

The Very Berry Soda uses a rich homemade syrup (almost like jam!), giving it an authentic berry flavor!

↑ Licorne’s classic Tooncarons (chubby macarons) will of course continue to be sold after the renovation!

We tried the Valentine’s Day items: the seasonal heart-shaped “Hazelnut Chocolate” and love-letter-shaped “Tiramisu,” both takeout 410 yen, dine-in 418 yen (tax included). They’re almost too cute!

Menu at Licorne Ashiya Main Store

↑ Seven varieties of the new “raw donuts” are now available! Apparently, their popular pancakes have also been renewed with an even lighter, fluffier texture!

↑ In addition to seasonal items, Tooncarons also come in bear shapes and unicorn shapes, matching the shop’s name “Licorne,” which means unicorn in French.

↑ Cute and colorful cream sodas served in Teddy Bear Glasses have also arrived!

↑ They’re also taking reservations for colorful Korean-style birthday cakes called “saengil cakes”! Perfect for celebrating your favorite idol or character!
