We tried a great-value lunch set made with brand-name pork at “Tonkatsu Higuchi,” a tonkatsu restaurant specializing in premium pork brands from across Japan, which opened on December 12 in Maeda-cho along National Route 2!

This is a great-value lunch set available only on weekdays and in limited quantities. Free refills are available for rice, salad, and pork miso soup! (From the second refill onward, each item is 200 yen.)
↑ These bite-sized cutlets are made with one of the brand-name pork varieties served at the restaurant. You can’t choose which pork it will be, but that’s part of what makes it such a good deal!

↑ Place the cutlet on it and start by enjoying it elegantly with salt.
↑ The meat is incredibly tender and juicy! Even in bite-sized cutlets, you can really enjoy the flavor of the brand-name pork.
