I visited the gluten-free cafe “Pave artisaN plus+”, which opened on August 11 along Chaya Sakura-dori, at the former site of “Tanba Sasayama Kinmata Ashiya”!

The gluten-free crepe batter made with rice has a wonderfully chewy texture!
It’s topped with plenty of fresh muscat grapes and blueberries. They go perfectly with the slightly tangy cream!
The tea of the day (iced tea) was “Thé des Anges,” a flavored tea from “NINA’S”! The sweet aroma of strawberry and vanilla was so soothing.
