It looks like Ashiyaken, a specialty shop for Kobe beef and Tajima beef that used to be inside the Ashiya Yamate Sun Mall Shopping Street near Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station, will be relocating and opening on Ashiya Yamate-dori in Higashiyama-cho.
Update: A pre-opening has been set for Monday, 8/22↓
Quoted from the official Ashiyaken website
It was previously said that the shop was scheduled to be rebuilt, but it seems they ended up relocating instead. Here’s what the former location looked like right after demolition↓

↑They were planning to open sometime in July, and it looks like there will be an eat-in space in addition to sales of tsukudani.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 3-3 Higashiyama-cho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around Ashiyaken Higashiyama Garden Shop

↑It’s on the south side of Ashiya Yamate-dori, next to FamilyMart Ashiya Higashiyama-cho.

↑If you head this way east, you’ll find the pizza restaurant Allegro Ashiya diagonally across the street. Farther ahead are Grand Food Hall Ashiya, and beyond Miyagawa Keyaki-dori, Ikari Ashiya.

↑If you head the opposite way west, you’ll find places such as Sumibi Yakiniku Rian, the bistro Isshiki, the general goods shop N’s Select, and the cafe Coffee Fumoto.
Final thoughts
It’s a shame they couldn’t reopen at their former location, but the new shop looks like it will be quite spacious and relaxing, with eat-in available too. I’m looking forward to the day we can enjoy their popular beef tsukudani, which has been featured on TV many times, right at the shop!
