We picked up some sweets from the takeout-only shop “たかやマルシェ” near JR Ashiya Station.
Cream Puffs and Jarred Sweets from “たかやマルシェ”

Left: “Yame Matcha and Cream Cream Puff” 230 yen (tax included)
Back center: “Hojicha Pudding with Plenty of Rich Cream” 340 yen (tax included)
Right: “Amanatsu Double Rare Cheesecake” 420 yen (tax included)

↑ The cream puff is a cookie-choux type, and they fill it with cream after you order!

↑ It’s packed with whipped cream and Yame matcha cream! The slight bitterness and sweetness are perfectly balanced.

↑ Just like the name says, the hojicha pudding comes with plenty of cream!

↑ The first bite is almost all cream! So rich.

↑ Of course, it’s not just the cream—the hojicha flavor is deep and rich too! Such a refined taste.

↑ The double rare cheesecake has a crunchy cookie layer sandwiched between two kinds of cheesecake.

↑ The fluffy, cream-like cheesecake on top is loaded with amanatsu peel!

↑ The rich cheesecake layer underneath, the cinnamon-scented cookie base, and the bittersweet amanatsu peel all come together in just the right balance!
