The Lunch Course at Casual French Kuro96
This time, we ordered the ¥1,600 lunch course (tax included), featuring an amuse-bouche, appetizer, soup, and main course!
First up was an amuse-bouche made with sakura shrimp, avocado, and chicken breast! The plump sakura shrimp looked so fresh and glistening!
Next came the salmon and egg appetizer! It was served with green pea purée and a Saikyo miso sauce.

↑ There was even caviar on top of the salmon and boiled egg! What a treat!
↑ Getting such delicate flavors at such a reasonable price feels like an incredible deal!
↑ It also came with homemade rye bread and olive oil! The bread was crisp on the outside and delightfully chewy inside, making it very easy to enjoy.
↑ The soup was a warm potato potage!
↑ It may be a classic, but the quality was outstanding! So comforting!
↑ For the long-awaited main course, we chose a meat dish of zucchini and ground meat wrapped in caul fat!
↑ It looked like a work of art! The dish was served with garlic sauce, red wine sauce, and mustard.
↑ Cutting into the meat, tightly wrapped in caul fat…
↑ Revealed juicy ground meat and zucchini that had soaked up all those delicious juices!
↑ We couldn’t believe we could enjoy a course like this for just ¥1,600! Pure happiness!
