We visited Yakiniku 524, a yakiniku restaurant that opened on March 21 near Hanshin Uchide Station!

When we cracked the egg open…
Whoa! The yolk is white! Maybe this is the natural color you get with free-range eggs!
We had it as tamago kake gohan, rice topped with raw egg!
Grill up the juicy harami…
It’s also great eaten together with the egg-topped rice.
The “Lamb Loin” was a light, lean cut of lamb!
It was very healthy, tender, and easy to eat!
