We had a deli-style lunch at “Ashiyagawa fumoto Kitchen,” which held its grand opening near Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station on February 22!
The deli lunch at “Ashiyagawa fumoto Kitchen”

Lunch set: 1,500 yen (tax included)
It came with a main deli dish, three side dishes, salad, tamagoyaki omelet, rice, and miso soup.

For the main, I chose the “Oba Sasami Katsu”! It came with homemade demi-glace sauce.

The flavor of the oba shiso leaf went surprisingly well with the tomato-rich demi-glace sauce! The coating was crispy, and the meat was so tender!

I left the side dishes up to the staff. I had “simmered leafy onions, pork, and thick fried tofu,” “spinach and bean sprout namul,” and “chicken and purple cabbage dressed with mayonnaise.” They were all packed with vegetables, which made me happy!

As a little bonus, I also got some tenderly simmered “ikanago” sand lance! It’s a spring flavor of the Hanshin area, and it made me feel nostalgic and happy♪
