The set includes the main hamburg steak, amuse-bouche, salad or soup, and rice or bread.
The hamburg steak cooked over a wood fire was already overflowing with meat juices before we even cut into it!
Once you cut into it, you can really see how juicy it is!
The amuse-bouche that day was wood-fired taro topped with a cheese-flavored sauce! Sticky, fluffy, and warm!
The salad had edible flowers in it, making it look bright and colorful too!
