Scaffolding for construction work had been set up in front of “Hotel Takezono Ashiya”, located on the north side of JR Ashiya Station.

Apparently, this scaffolding is for “renovation work on the hotel’s 3rd-floor banquet hall.”
Because of the scaffolding, the terrace seats at “Magnet Cafe” on the hotel’s 1st floor are unavailable during construction.

During the construction period when the terrace seats cannot be used, through March 21 (Mon., national holiday), Magnet Cafe is offering a set featuring “Kobe Beef Charcoal-Grilled Hand-Kneaded Hamburg Steak” at a special appreciation price! It’s nice to be able to enjoy it at a discount thanks to the construction!

Also, at the 3rd-floor restaurant, through February 28 (Mon.), as a special appreciation plan, lunch menus and kaiseki/course meals are 20% off the regular price for table seating only! This is a pretty good deal too!
