We bought stollen, bread, and sweets from BAKER Masako Nakao, a confectionery and bakery workshop located south of Hanshin Uchide Station, near Seido Junior High School.
Stollen, Bread, and Sweets from “BAKER Masako Nakao”

We bought three kinds of bread and stollen. The wrapped item in the upper left is the stollen.

“Stollen (basic)” 1,600 yen tax included

This stollen is made with yeast dough using domestic wheat, free-range eggs, non-homogenized milk from Yuge Farm, and Yotsuba butter, filled with rum-soaked dried fruit and nuts, and made without spices.
They apparently keep the dried fruit and nuts modest so you can really enjoy the flavor of the dough.
After opening it, I’m planning to keep it in the fridge and enjoy it little by little, slicing off a bit each day!

“Almond and Shibukawa Chestnut Nejineji” 324 yen tax included
A “nejineji” twisted bread with such a fun shape!

Inside, there are whole chunks of chestnut and almond! The texture is so fun!

“Apple Cream Cheese” 237 yen tax included

A homemade natural yeast bread with apple and cream cheese. It’s a gentle, comforting bread where you can really taste the ingredients as they are!

“Brownie with Cacao Nibs” 300 yen tax included

A brownie with the crunchy texture and pleasant bitterness of cacao nibs! Instead of being dense and heavy, the batter is fluffy and light, making it easy to enjoy as a snack or dessert.

↑ On this day, as part of their 4th anniversary celebration, customers who spent 2,000 yen or more including tax received an original eco bag! So cute!
