At Ashiya Banana, a banana juice specialty shop that opened this July along Light Saka, next to Ashiya Municipal Yamate Elementary School, we tried the banana juice recommended by the owner!
“Ashiya Banana”’s “Caramel Banana Juice”
“Caramel Banana Juice” Takeout 500 yen / Dine-in 700 yen (tax included for both)
It’s a mysterious banana juice that is incredibly rich and thick, yet still easy to drink!
Apparently, it’s made with “carefully selected premium bananas and top-quality milk.”
Although it’s right next to an elementary school, the space was very quiet and relaxing!

In addition to caramel, they offer a lineup of unique banana juices, including black sesame, kinako roasted soybean flour, domestic matcha, organically grown lemon, cream cheese, and more.
All banana juices are sold for 500 yen for takeout and dine-in for 700 yen.
