「業平町」ってなんて読む?

It’s the name of a town southwest of JR Ashiya Station.

↑ There’s also a “業平橋” bridge over the Ashiya River with the same reading!

↑ “Ashiya Luna Hall” and “Bigot no Mise” are also in Narihira-cho.

The correct answer is d. Narihira-cho.

The town name apparently comes from Ariwara no Narihira, a poet said to be the protagonist of “The Tales of Ise”!

↑ At “Matsunouchi Ryokuchi” near JR Ashiya Station, there’s also a poetry monument for Ariwara no Narihira. (It’s in Matsunouchi-cho, not Narihira-cho, though…)

Here’s the map of Narihira-cho↓
