It looks like “Kobe Gyoza-ro” is opening at the former site of “Sandwich Bakery Coco Ashiya” near JR Ashiya Station, along National Route 2.

↑Isn’t this the sign that was at “Kobe Gyoza-ro Fukae,” which opened on August 7!? It’s exactly the same… they’re reusing it…!
It seems like they’re opening so many locations that they can’t keep up with making new signs.

It’s on the 1st floor of the “Ashiya Hamaguchi Building,” straight south from JR Ashiya Station along National Route 2.
If you go this way (east), you’ll find the Japanese and shabu-shabu restaurant “Kagonoya,” “Ashita no Shokupan Ashiya Main Store”, “Jizo Park,” and after crossing the Miyagawa River, the family restaurant “Royal Host.”
If you go the opposite way (west), you’ll find “Baskin-Robbins” and “Bigot no Mise Ashiya Main Store,” as well as “Narihirabashi Bridge,” which crosses the Ashiyagawa River.
Across the street is the “Tsubosaka Cleaning” factory.
Final thoughts
Opening near JR Ashiya Station right after opening in front of Hanshin Fukae Station makes it seem like business is going very well.
For the first two days after opening, there will probably be a campaign where you get a whole head of cabbage when you buy one pack of gyoza, so we’ll want to keep a close eye out for the actual opening date!
