We decided to buy some meat from Metzgerei Kusuda, a specialty processed meat shop along the Naruo Mikage Line between Hanshin Ashiya Station and Uchide Station, and cook it at home! Meat time!!
Metzgerei Kusuda’s “Fresh Sausages,” “Shish Kebab,” and “Steak Cajun”
“Steak Cajun” 350 yen per 100g (tax included; the portion in the photo is 1,008 yen)
A thick, juicy pork shoulder loin steak! It’s marinated in Cajun spices with fragrant garlic and onion.
It’s already seasoned, so all you have to do is cook it at home! You can enjoy a thick, satisfying steak.
“Shish Kebab” 650 yen each (tax included)
A grilled minced lamb skewer seasoned with spices like cumin and coriander!
You can really enjoy the rich flavor of the lamb.
Two types of fresh sausage
Top: “Frisch Bratwurst” 380 yen per 100g (tax included; the portion in the photo is 433 yen)
Bottom: “Toulouse” 350 yen per 100g (tax included; the portion in the photo is 399 yen)
The herb-filled German-style “Frisch Bratwurst” and “Toulouse,” a simple sausage from the Toulouse region of France.
Both have a crisp outside and a coarsely ground filling inside, with a full, meaty flavor.

The display case is packed with processed meats like ham, sausages, and terrines!
Fresh sausages are also sold in sets. Perfect for a BBQ!
