I bought some frozen gyoza from “神戸餃子楼 深江店,” which opened on August 7 along the Naruo-Mikage Line near Hanshin Fukae Station!
Gyoza from “神戸餃子楼 深江店”

Frozen gyoza from “神戸餃子楼” 40 pieces, 1,000 yen (tax included)

They’re sold frozen while still raw. Each bundle comes as a set of two packs, with 20 pieces in each pack.

↑ Here’s how to cook them. Since there’s quite a bit of flour on them, it seemed best to pour the water carefully so it spreads over the whole pan.

Done! They browned up nicely.

They had plenty of ginger inside, and the filling felt well mixed. Overall, they had a nice chewy texture.

For the first two days after opening, customers who bought one 40-piece bundle received a whole head of domestic cabbage! It was a heavy, tightly packed cabbage.
