We tried the mixed juice shaved ice at the wagashi shop “茶々処 ひとの和心” in Minami-Ashiyahama!

Even before taking a bite, it had that mixed juice aroma that brings to mind that famous shop in front of Hanshin Umeda Station!
Although it’s shaved ice, it doesn’t taste watery at all. It’s topped with a mixed juice syrup that has a rich fruit flavor!
It’s also topped with four kinds of fresh fruit!
The number tag handed to us while they were making it had “How to enjoy shaved ice deliciously” written on it!
Following the instructions, when about one-third was left, we added plenty of condensed milk…!
The condensed milk adds a creamy flavor for a nice change! You can enjoy it all the way to the end without getting tired of it〜♪
Little by little, the ice melted and started to look a bit like porridge.
Once it’s fully melted, you can use a straw and drink it like juice! What’s amazing is that it still doesn’t taste watered down at all…!
It was a shaved ice dessert that was satisfying down to the very last bite!
