I tried the “Kousui-men (Yodare-men)” at the “PANDA” food truck, which is open in the parking lot on the north side of JR Ashiya Station until Friday, July 23!

You mix Chinese noodles with “yodare-dori,” a spicy, numbing chicken dish.
You can choose whether to add spiciness, garlic oil, and cilantro, and also adjust the amount of each!
The container is divided into separate sections, so it’s reassuring even if it takes a while to bring it home!
You can also replace all the noodles with bean sprouts.
Pour the yodare-dori and sauce over the noodles…
Mix it well before digging in!
I asked for a normal level of spiciness, and it wasn’t as fiery as it looked. Instead, it had a refreshing numbing kick!
The cilantro and garlic oil are perfectly balanced with the heat of Sichuan pepper and chili, making it just right for summer.
The chicken pieces are nice and thick too, so it’s quite filling.
After finishing the noodles, into the remaining sauce goes…
A serving of extra rice loaded with garlic chips!
And you’ve got yourself a spicy, numbing mixed rice dish! This will definitely fill you up!
