It seems to be a new business launched by Mr. Ohashi, the owner of the neighboring fresh fish shop “魚利（うおとし）,” as its representative.

If you go the other way (east), “うつわクウ” is next door, followed by the British restaurant “The Clapham Inn,” “御菓子司 杵屋豊光,” the Turkish restaurant “サクルエブ,” the croffle specialty shop “WAFLA,” and then you’ll arrive at Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station.
Across the street is the apartment building “芦屋西山アーバンライフ.”
