I got a kebab sandwich to go from Sakliev, a Turkish restaurant in the Ashiya Yamate Sun Mall Shopping Street on the north side of Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station!

Inside the round, thin flatbread grilled to a crisp…
There’s plenty of juicy chicken marinated in spices and crisp, fresh vegetables!
It’s so packed with fillings that they almost spill out while you eat!
The spices aren’t quite curry-like; they have a slightly Asian feel to them too, which made me think, “Ah, so this is Turkish food…!”
The thin flatbread is crisp on the surface but also has a chewy texture, so it’s actually pretty filling!
