We tried the “croffle,” a croissant waffle from Korea, at “wafla,” a croffle specialty shop right by Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station!
wafla’s “Croffle Strawberry Rouge”

“Croffle Strawberry Rouge” 600 yen (tax included)

A croffle coated in rich strawberry chocolate. It’s topped with heart-shaped marshmallows and Koala’s March cookies, making it look super cute too!
The crispy croissant dough has both tightly pressed parts and fluffy parts, so the contrast in texture is really fun!
wafla’s Menu

In addition to a variety of croffles such as plain, matcha kinako, and almond, they also sell tapioca drinks, soft-serve ice cream, lemonade, and more.

The paper bag they use when you buy croffles is cute too♪
