It’s made with “non-homogenized milk,” whose fat globules have not been made uniform, along with natural eggs and coconut sugar.
The sweet, rich pudding goes perfectly with the slightly bitter caramel at the bottom.
Because it has a handle and a lid that closes, it’s easy to carry around even if you’re eating outside and suddenly need to move.
The jar looks like it could be useful for something even after you finish eating!
“Mixed Juice” 500 yen (tax included)
It has that nostalgic flavor you’d expect from a classic coffee shop. It seemed like you could also order it without ice. (This one has ice.)
