A long-established eel restaurant in Omasu-cho on Ashiya Hondori, with over 90 years of history. Their most popular dish, the “unagi-don,” is said to offer true Edomae flavor, made by grilling a whole eel with a secret sauce that has been continuously replenished since two generations ago!
