We tried the soft serve right away at “Sanctuary,” which opened in Miyazuka-cho on June 6!

It was so incredibly smooth that it started melting at an amazing speed! Ahh… we had to eat it quickly!

Apparently, the milk they use is actually a blend of five different kinds! That’s some serious attention to detail.
According to the shop staff, they make it using a soft serve machine from Italy’s Carpigiani, said to be known as “the Ferrari of the soft serve world.” So that’s the secret behind the smoothness!

They have drinks like tea and coffee, soft serve, and affogato too! The coffee is made with carefully selected organic beans.

It’s located along the Naruo-Mikage Line, roughly diagonally across from Miyazuka Park. The space used to be the juice bar “LIVING ORGANICS.” Dogs are welcome on the terrace seats!
There’s also an attached select shop selling tableware and women’s fashion.
