A Sanrio character Pompompurin collaboration event is currently being held at the hamburger steak and steak restaurant Big Boy Ashiya, which is actually just barely inside Nishinomiya City. It runs until July 15.

Speaking of Pompompurin, this year marks his 25th anniversary! In the 2021 Sanrio Character Ranking, he narrowly came in 2nd place — and in the overseas rankings, he was No. 1 in Taiwan, the UK, and Singapore! He’s a hugely popular character around the world!（By the way, 1st place was Cinnamoroll, and 3rd place was Pochacco）

For this Big Boy collaboration, there are cute limited-time collaboration menu items available — dine-in only! Plus, you can get one clear file when you order an eligible menu item, and one sticker with an eligible kids’ menu item.
There’s even more, including a chance for 100 people to win an original plush toy with a receipt of 1,000 yen or more including tax, and a commemorative scratch card handed out to visitors where you can win great coupons! Pompompurin fans won’t want to miss this!
By the way, the only takeout menu item eligible for a clear file is the Demi-Cheese Hamburg Steak shown above, 1,078 yen including tax!

There are four clear file designs for the first half and four for the second half of the campaign, but they’re handed out at random, so you can’t choose the design.

This one is definitely a winner!! Pompompurin is lined up together with Big Boy’s character Bobby, so it really feels like a proper collaboration, and the Sanrio-style arrangement is perfect too.
