I found a chocolate drink on sale at the chocolate specialty shop “Le chocolate（ル・ショコラ） cherry.c”, located along Route 2 near JR Ashiya Station, around the Chayanomachi-kita intersection, so I tried it!

It comes with Häagen-Dazs chocolate ice cream and frozen berries!
They also sell a simple chocolate drink without ice cream or berries (320 yen, tax included).
The drink has a clean, refreshing taste that’s neither too sweet nor too bitter!
The texture of the chocolate scattered on top of the ice cream is fun, and it pairs perfectly with the berries!
You can choose whether or not to have a lid, so it’s easy to carry around too.

It’s an eye-catching building with jet-black walls along Route 2! Apparently, it’s the second location of the chocolate specialty shop “cherry.c” near Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station.
The display case is lined with all kinds of chocolates and chocolate sweets.
It has a luxurious feel, almost like a jewelry shop!
Even the sofa is upholstered in red velvet, like something you’d find in a castle…! It’s a little exciting.
