76th Brighter Society Movement Citizens’ Gathering

The Brighter Society Movement is an initiative aimed at preventing crime and juvenile delinquency while supporting people working to rebuild their lives within the community. It seems that Ashiya holds an annual event around this time called the “Citizens’ Gathering.” This year marks the 76th event.
