A malatang specialty restaurant called 一勺麻辣湯 (Isshaku Malatang) held its grand opening near Hanshin Fukae Station on September 26!

↑ The exterior of 一勺麻辣湯. It occupies the former location of the Chinese restaurant 香港厨房 神戸深江店.

↑ It costs ¥400 per 100g (tax included). It looks like you use tongs to select ingredients and place them in a bowl, pay at the register, then take a seat and wait for your meal. There appear to be around 70–80 ingredients to choose from!
