The restaurant is being opened by Emmanuel, a chef from France’s Alsace region, together with baker Matsumoto.
It looks like you’ll be able to enjoy Alsatian specialties such as pretzel sandwiches made with pretzel dough, traditional thin-crust Alsatian pizza called flammkuchen, and “Lammele,” a lamb-shaped baked cake!
