Application guides have reportedly been available since August 3.
Where can I apply?
Bring the required documents to the Ashiya City Housing Management Center, located inside the East Wing of Ashiya City Hall (applications by mail are not accepted).
If special circumstances make it difficult to apply in person, please consult the Housing Management Center.

How does the system work?
- Available units are offered in order of housing need score, starting with those in greatest need of housing
- Registration is valid for one year from the day after the application deadline
- Rent appears to be adjusted annually based on income, unit size, and the building’s age
Where can I get an application guide?
The guides are available at three locations: the Housing Management Center, the City Hall reception desk, and the Laporte Citizen Service Corner.
Since you need to submit the application form included in the booklet, it’s best to pick up a guide in advance.
