It looks like a new Western-style restaurant, COCOLOG KITCHEN Ashiya, is coming to Chaya-no-cho along Chaya Sakura-dori Street.

Renovation work inside the restaurant appears to have begun in preparation for its opening. The restaurant says it aims to become “a welcoming Western-style restaurant cherished by the local community.” Apparently, this will be the second location of the popular Western-style restaurant based in Koshien, Nishinomiya.

What’s Around COCOLOG KITCHEN Ashiya
↑It is on the first floor (partially below ground level) of the building with the triangular roof on the east side of Chaya Sakura-dori Street. The same building houses the hair salon Rokoce’ ashiya on the second floor and 椿 Body Care Lab 芦屋 鍼灸整体院 on the third floor. The hair salon アトリエクロエ 芦屋店 is immediately to the right.
↑Head this way (north), and you’ll pass places including 茶屋保育園, 和食 様様, RIO COFFEE 芦屋本店, and スペースR before reaching National Route 2.
↑Head the other way (south), and you’ll pass ハザマ耳鼻咽喉科 and コールドプレスジュース＆スタジオ イプセ before reaching the Naruo-Mikage Line.
↑Across the street is the Hankyu Bus “Chaya-no-cho” bus stop.
In Closing
At the original location in Koshien, Nishinomiya, diners can apparently enjoy Western-style favorites such as “Jumbo Fried Prawns”, as well as “Hand-Shaped Hamburg Steak,” “Steak,” and “Minced-Meat Cutlets” made with Japanese Black beef. We can’t wait to see what the Ashiya location has to offer!
