A construction notice for a residence with a storefront has been posted in Yamatecho along Light-zaka Hill.

The building will be a single-story wooden residence with a storefront. The owner is listed as 神戸ビフテキ亭株式会社.
The planned construction period is from January 10 to April 15, 2026, so it looks like the start of construction has already been delayed.

↑神戸ビフテキ亭 was a steak restaurant in Sannomiya, Kobe, but that location has since closed.
It now appears to operate near Shin-Osaka Station as 神戸ビフテキ亭DELI, offering bento boxes through mobile ordering and vacuum-packed steaks, among other products.

The address is 4-17 Yamatecho, Ashiya, Hyogo Prefecture.

In Closing
Could this mean 神戸ビフテキ亭 is opening in Ashiya? It’s hard not to get excited! The project seems to be running a little behind schedule, but we’re curious to see what happens next.
