It looks like a new restaurant called “Ashiya Seimenjo Ganju” is opening along Ekimae-dori, near JR Ashiya Station.

↑The exterior of the future “Ashiya Seimenjo Ganju” location. This space was previously occupied by “Kyorindo Acupuncture and Osteopathic Clinic.”

↑A sign has already been installed near the top of the building.
Apparently, this will be the second location of “Specialty Fried Horse Mackerel and Okinawa SOBAR Ganju” in Umeda, Osaka.
Here’s the location on the map↓
The address is Room 108, Alpa Ashiya Building 2, 1-20 Matsunouchicho, Ashiya, Hyogo.
Around “Ashiya Seimenjo Ganju”

In Closing
The first location in Umeda, “Specialty Fried Horse Mackerel and Okinawa SOBAR Ganju,” is apparently known for its Okinawa soba, made with fresh noodles delivered directly from a noodle factory in Okinawa, and its fried horse mackerel, prepared using techniques learned from sushi chefs. We’re curious to see what the second location in Ashiya will be like!
