“芦屋ハートかすてら” is a baby castella specialty shop that mainly operates pop-up stalls at department stores and other events. Its treats are known for their adorable heart-shaped design featuring branded messages and their soft, fluffy texture that lasts even after some time has passed.
They are also made without honey, so even children under one year old can enjoy them safely!
↑ They also had a stall at this year’s Ashiya Sakura Festival! It’s really hard to see through the crowd, but the stall appeared briefly in a photo taken by Ashitsu.
We didn’t get a photo, but we spotted women and children at the festival carrying skewers of heart-shaped castella!
Details such as the location of the new takeout-only shop are still unknown, but we’ll share an update on Ashitsu as soon as we learn more!
