The planned uses are quite extensive: “apartment housing (51 units), retail stores, offices, restaurants, clinics (limited to those without inpatient facilities), stores mainly selling daily necessities, service-business shops, and automobile parking.”
The building will have 11 floors above ground and 2 basement floors. The planned construction period is from September 1, 2026 (scheduled) to March 31, 2030 (scheduled).
↑The sign is standing around where the bicycle parking lot used to be. The surrounding buildings have also been completely demolished, leaving a fairly large plot of land.

↑This one was a construction plan for a “bicycle parking facility.” It will have 3 floors above ground and 1 basement floor, and the planned construction period is the same as the redevelopment building: from September 1, 2026 to March 31, 2030.
↑The same sign was also posted at the bicycle parking lot next to the relocated Seven. Since the site location is written using lot numbers (and it’s long!), it’s a little hard to tell exactly where and how it will be built, but this might end up being a fairly large building too?
