ELLE et MONTAGNE is a patisserie and café in Yamaguchi-chō, Nishinomiya (near Arima Onsen). It offers “gentle yet innovative” sweets inspired by traditional French pastries and made with the bounty of Japan’s natural ingredients.
Ashiya Stand will be the brand’s second location, and it looks like it will be a small shop focused mainly on takeout, with no café space.

In Closing
The main shop is located near the border between neighboring Nishinomiya and Kobe, but it’s quite far up in the mountains and not easy to reach from central Ashiya. So it’s great news that a new location is opening near Hanshin Ashiya Station! We can’t wait to try both the fresh cakes and baked treats!
