I tried the original Japanese-style pasta set at “Yomenya Goemon Ashiya Ekimae”, which opened on January 15 on the 3rd floor of the West Building at Mont et Mer, the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station.

The Ladies’ Set adds a salad and drink to a single spaghetti dish for +450 yen (tax included).

↑ This is an original spaghetti from “Yomenya Goemon,” with pasta coated in a Japanese-style sesame sauce, topped generously with chilled pork shabu-shabu and vegetables such as mizuna, green onion, and shiso leaves.

↑ A signature feature of this restaurant is that you eat it with chopsticks. It’s perfect for the Japanese-style flavor!

↑ The spaghetti comes with a simple soup infused with dashi flavor.

↑ This is what the salad in the Ladies’ Set looks like. It’s a Japanese-style salad mainly made with daikon radish, with crunchy toppings that add a nice accent.
