The road in front of Renaissance Classics Ashiya Luna Hall, located along the Ashiya River, will reportedly be closed to vehicles and turned into a pedestrian zone from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12 (a public holiday).

The Ashiya Coming-of-Age Celebration (nicknamed “Nijussai”) will be held at Renaissance Classics Ashiya Luna Hall that day. Since the area in front of the hall is expected to get crowded, it seems they decided to turn it into a pedestrian zone! This measure has been in place since last year.

↑ The notice posted at the site. The road will be closed from in front of Luna Hall to just before National Route 2.

↑ Part of this road, “Narihira Sakura-dori,” will be closed to vehicles. Quite a lot of people probably use this road by car, so please take care!
