The former site of the Japanese restaurant “Kagonoya Ashiya” near JR Ashiya Station along National Route 2, which closed last September, was being demolished.

Finally
It was a fairly large Japanese restaurant, so now that it’s gone, the area feels a bit empty and lonely. The site itself is quite spacious, so it’ll be interesting to see what gets built there. Maybe an apartment building after all?
