It looks like Gyoza no Ohsho’s “Founding Festival” will be held for two days, on December 24 (Wed) and 25 (Thu), at “GYOZA OHSHO Hanshin Ashiya” in front of Hanshin Ashiya Station!
Quoted from the official Gyoza no Ohsho website
This event is apparently being held to express 58 years of gratitude since the company was founded in Kyoto’s Shijo Omiya area. For every 500 yen (tax included) spent, you’ll receive one 250 yen (tax included) discount coupon! That’s basically half off!

Also, from today, December 15 (Mon), through January 12 (Mon, national holiday) next year, they’ll be running a “Year-End and New Year Customer Appreciation Campaign,” where you can get one free serving of gyoza with four stamps collected for every 500 yen spent! If you can’t make it there around Christmas, this might be the one to join.

Ashiya’s “GYOZA OHSHO” has a somewhat upscale feel and a slightly special menu, so you might assume they don’t really do campaigns like this, but they do hold proper money-saving events too!
