It is a new venture by chef and culinary artist Sumi, who previously operated the “PANDA” food truck in Ashiya.
The business will primarily offer cooking classes, while operating as a Deli & Café when classes are not in session. The deli will offer prepared dishes, bento boxes, and baked goods to go, while the café will serve breakfast, lunch, and desserts that customers can enjoy inside or out on the terrace.
